Our head chef Sam Beard has designed this menu after eight years of learning his craft, some dishes take inspiration from the early stages of Sams career and some are dishes from our sister pub The Hollow Bottom.
The menu is 95% homemade, with everything from, chutneys, terrines, burgers & sauces being made here at The Salford Inn.
